Easy-drinking Chablis. This wine should be a crowd pleaser that goes with pretty much anything – it is fruity, rounded and light with lovely flavours of pear, minerals, caramel, preserved lemon, orange, vanilla, and the slightest notes of butter. Extremely quaffable and nothing really to dislike about it other than the fact that I prefer slightly more refined and structured wines.
