An elegant and expressive English sparkling wine. Pale yellow in the glass, it has a pronounced nose of stone fruit and buiscuit, yeast and bread. On the palate it is full bodied – initially lovely lemon and lime notes, followed by apple, pear. It has a lovely long and beautifully balanced finish – minerality, fresh lemon and fruit, acidity, and rich buiscuit.
