Rich, earthy and woody Oregon Pinot Noir. Deep garnet in colour. Bouquet gives you earthy notes, wet leather, oak barrels, mushrooms, cellar smells and wet forrest floor. On the palate you get blackberry, cherry, vanilla, oak, smoke, mushrooms, pepper and licorice. Finish gives you medium oaky tannins and low acidity. Overall, sligthly too much on the harsh earthy, oaky notes – I would have liked a better balance with fruity notes.
