This is a classy, fresh and fruity Bordeaux Sauvignon Blanc blend. Pale gold in colour. On the nose you get peach, gooseberry and grapefruit, which follow through to the palate, where you also get green apple, minerality, lime, and medium acidity. This wine should go with pretty much anything but pairs beautifully with fish and pasta dishes.
