What can I say other than that this is an absolutely gorgeous champagne. As you would expect from a vintage champagne, you get green fruit such as apple and pear, Peach, beautifully fresh, citrus flavours, such as lemon and grapefruit, and then sophisticated notes of brioche, toast, almond, honey, minerals, and caramel.
