Savoury Austrian Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose you get stone, flint, and savoury notes. When you taste it you get apple, pear, minerals, banana and lemon. Lower acidity than other Sauvignon Blancs.
Other than the initial smell it’s more like a Grüner Veltiner or a Riesling rather than a French or New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.
