For me, one of the all time great champagnes – complex and elegant! La Grande Dame is a symphony of depth and elegance. On the nose it unveils layers of baked apple, pear, apricot, lemon and delicate floral notes that gracefully weave into a rich tapestry adorned with hints of toasted brioche, vanilla and toasted almond. On the palate, it delivers an orchestra of finely tuned bubbles that play a harmonious melody with the vibrant acidity and complex flavours, culminating in a luxurious and lingering finale.
