Syrah Symphony of Depth
Colour: Inky, deep violet.
On the nose you get ripe blackberries, violets, oak (had 39 months on new oak) and a touch of smoked meat.
The palate is full bodied and intense, with plush tannins and layers of dark chocolate, ripe black fruit, licorice and black pepper.
The finish is plush and complex with a hint of roasted coffee.
