Rich, fresh and floral. This White Grenache spent 10 month in French oak. On the nose you get apple, minerals, gooseberry, oak, white flowers and asparagus the palate reveals a delicate harmony of vibrant acidity and flavours of stone fruit, orchard fruit, white peach, fresh lemon and butter. The finish is long and gives you citrus fruit, lovely acidity as well as some nutty bitter notes.
