Complex and intense! Deep golden yellow – almost amber in colour. It has an intense nose of dried fruit, minerals, oak, and ripe stone fruit, and preserved lemon. On the palate it is full bodied with peach, apricot, stone, incense, smoke, cedar, almonds, vanilla, and powerful acidity to balance the rich flavours. Amazingly long and intriguing finish!
