Lovely old-vines Bordeaux. Deep, dark ruby colour. The nose is complex, with aromas of ripe black fruit, early tones and licorice. bOn the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, with firm tannins supporting intense fruit flavours of plum, blackcurrant, cherry, tobacco and earthy / savoury undertones. The finish is long with firm tannins and acidity that have softened over time.
