The colour is a clear, straw-like yellow. On the nose, there’s a burst of citrus and green apple. On the palate, it’s light-bodied with dominant citrus notes and a touch of green herbs.
The finish is crisp but short-lived. Makes a nice everyday summer wine and goes well with fish and fresh salads.
